• Only if the final bill has created would you then need to complete the following:
    • You need to explain the bill amount and discuss payment options. For example in one or if not affordable they can set up an instalment plan.
    • If the customer is in credit you need to arrange a refund if the customer is moving out of area and explain correct timescales.
  • If the final bill has not created as meter reading not taken by SW yet or awaiting WOC reading, you can still explain payment/ refund options.
