- Have you taken the customer through the payment plans on offer and how these work?
- Have you explained that if the customer called later to move in that their payment plan will need to cover the months where they have not paid?
- Have you explained when the customer's meter readings will be taken and that if they are on a direct debit that they will have their bill once a year?
- Have you checked for eligibility of social tariffs or if they need to be registered to the PSR?
- Have you summarised all of the paper work and explained about DD guarantee or how to make payment card payments?
